Beginning Tuesday, May 30th through Sunday, July 30th, we will be participating in The James Beard Foundation's Blended Burger Project. It is a nation wide contest & challenge to make a "blended burger" by blending ground meat (we are showcasing lamb) with finely chopped mushrooms (we are showcasing crimini & Flat #12 oyster mushrooms) to create a delicious, healthier & more sustainable burger.
